Scobie Catering offers bespoke manufacture and fabrication service as part of our catering solution.
We undertake all aspects of kitchen, servery and bar stainless steel fabrication, including:
- Custom servery counters and bars, including specialist material finishes to client's preferences (stainless steel, brass, granite, glass, wood, laminate, Corian®)
Custom steel underbar structures, complete with a full range of options (bar frontage and top support structures complete with services enclosures, inset ice bins, sinks and basins, bottle & waste bins, bottle speed rails, inset refrigerated bottle cabinets).
As part of our catering offer, we can supply and install a full range of in-kitchen equipment, including:
- Sinks, benches, hotcupboards and bain maries
- Refrigerated counters
- Air intake and extract canopies
- Dishwasher tabling and kitchen trolleys
- Service risers and chambers, complete with integral gas manifold (including gas solenoid and extract fan safety interlock (all to BS 6173:2001))
- Gas, electrical and water services
- Floor and wall finishes and false ceilings
- Lighting
